Armenia International Airports

8.18 Consulting is leading a comprehensive HR transformation initiative at Armenia International Airports (AIA). The project began with a full-scale HR Diagnostics engagement using our proprietary HR Pyramid Methodology to assess the foundational, structural, and strategic dimensions of AIA’s HR function.

Through structured interviews, document analysis, and workforce assessment, we identified strengths, gaps, and development opportunities across key areas, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, compensation, internal communication, succession planning, and HR analytics.


Based on these findings, we are now implementing a tailored, multi-phase People and Culture Strategy aimed at aligning HR with AIA’s operational and strategic objectives.

The transformation covers:

  • Strategic workforce planning and cross-sector talent acquisition

  • Development of a performance management system with KPIs, OKRs, and feedback structures

  • Creation of formal career pathways and leadership development frameworks

  • Employer branding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives

  • Enhanced training, mentoring, and succession planning systems

  • Improved internal communication, DEI programs, and crisis readiness protocols


Our work with AIA is designed to not only strengthen HR operations but to position the organization as a people-first employer of choice and a regional leader in aviation excellence.
