Facilitating leadership development sessions for female Members of Parliament (MPs) from the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and female members of political parties, as organized by UNDP in Armenia, was both a privilege and a fulfilling experience for our team.
With a commitment to fostering gender equality and empowering women in leadership roles, we engaged participants in dynamic and interactive sessions aimed at enhancing their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities. Through a combination of workshops, discussions, and experiential learning activities, we provided participants with practical tools and insights to navigate the complexities of political leadership effectively.
We are confident that by equipping women with the necessary skills and confidence to lead, we can catalyze positive change and reshape the dynamics of leadership in Armenia and beyond. As advocates for gender equality and champions of women's empowerment, we remain committed to contributing to the growth and advancement of women in leadership roles, driving progress and innovation in all sectors of society.
