About the project
In partnership with HSBC Armenia, we conducted the "Leader of Choice" program twice. This advanced people management development initiative, tailored specifically for HSBC Armenia's managers and leaders, was meticulously crafted based on HSBC's people management strategy.
The "Leader of Choice" program, structured across three modules, aimed to cultivate essential competencies for leaders to excel in people management. Through this immersive experience, participants delved into understanding themselves and others, establishing a People Manager Mindset, and fostering trust-based relationships within their teams. Moreover, the program emphasized the importance of personal resilience and effective leadership in today's dynamic business environment.
