

Performance Management Lead
8.18 Consulting is looking for a talented Performance Management Lead for our partner organization, Armenia International Airports.
Main Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of the performance management framework.

Support the rollout of tools and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Assist in developing and updating performance-related policies, templates, and documentation.

Ensure cascading of goals from the organizational level to departments and individual roles by supporting team leads in the process.

Monitor the performance cycle timeline, send reminders, and provide administrative support for performance reviews and check-ins.

Track and compile data related to balanced scorecards, goal setting, KPIs/OKRs, evaluations, and employee development plans.

Support line managers and staff in using the performance management tools, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance as needed.

Coordinate and implement training sessions and workshops for managers on effective performance conversations, feedback, and objective setting.

Identify the reasons for underperformance, and support supervisors in initiating improvement and development actions.

Collect feedback from staff and managers on the effectiveness of the performance system and share insights and suggest improvements.
Requirements:

Degree in a relevant field such as Management or Social Sciences.

3–4 years of experience in the HR industry, including hands-on involvement in performance management.

Strong awareness of industry trends and best practices is a plus.

Fluency in Armenian and English (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
