

Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager for our partner Doping Space.
Doping Space is a live entertainment and large-scale international events platform specializing in the development, production, and delivery of world-class experiences in Armenia and beyond. Public value creation is a foundational priority for Doping Space. The company contributes to cultural development, professional capacity building, and event-driven tourism.
Role Description
Project & Event Management
⁃ Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events and live experiences
⁃ Develop project timelines, production schedules, and delivery roadmaps
⁃ Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
⁃ Ensure alignment between creative vision, production, and client expectations
⁃ Track milestones, deadlines, and critical paths across all event phases
⁃ Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational gaps, escalating when required
⁃ Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at quality standards
⁃ Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
Client & Stakeholder Management
⁃ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
⁃ Lead project briefings, status updates, and review meetings
⁃ Manage expectations, approvals, and change requests
⁃ Build strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders
⁃ Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
⁃ Coordinate internal teams including:
⁃ Creative, Design, Marketing & Communications, Production, Technical teams
⁃ Ensure all departments are aligned on deliverables and timelines
⁃ Facilitate internal planning meetings and execution checkpoints
Budgeting & Vendor Management
⁃ Develop and manage project and event budgets
⁃ Track costs, invoices, and financial reporting
⁃ Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and suppliers
⁃ Oversee contracting and procurement processes
⁃ Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
Logistics & On-Site Execution
⁃ Oversee event logistics planning and implementation
⁃ Manage venue coordination and operational setup
⁃ Supervise rehearsals, build days, and show days
⁃ Ensure smooth real-time event execution
⁃ Lead troubleshooting and crisis management on-site
Documentation & Reporting
⁃ Maintain structured project documentation, including:
⁃ Project plans, Production schedules, Budgets, Contracts & vendor lists, Run of show & call sheets, Checklists and technical requirements
⁃ Prepare internal reports and client updates
⁃ Lead post-event reporting and evaluation

Prepare meeting summaries and internal status updates
Requirements
⁃ 3–5 years of experience in event management, project management, or production
⁃ Experience in live events, festivals, concerts, or large-scale productions is a strong advantage
⁃ Strong organizational and project planning skills
⁃ Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
⁃ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⁃ Budget management and vendor negotiation experience
⁃ High attention to detail and accountability
⁃ Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
⁃ Proficiency in standard office and project management tools
Language Requirements
⁃ Fluency in English is mandatory (written and verbal)
⁃ Russian – working proficiency
⁃ Armenian fluency required for local coordination

The Project Manager reports directly to the Producer and operates under their strategic and operational direction. The role is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of projects while ensuring alignment with the Producer’s vision, priorities, and overall event strategy.
