

Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our partner Richel Group's team to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Armenian greenhouse projects.

With our sales office in the heart of Yerevan, our professional sales and project management team contributes to a continuous development of high-tech greenhouses and implementation of new technologies in Armenia.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare offers and commercial presentations

Presentations that effectively communicate project solutions, technical details, and commercial terms to prospective clients and partners.

Participate in negotiations with new investors
-
Engage in meetings with potential investors, contributing to discussions on project feasibility, financial models, and partnership opportunities to secure new business collaborations.➢ Conduct on-site inspections, review progress reports, and address any issues impacting timelines or quality

Regularly visit project locations to monitor execution, assess progress against plans, and promptly resolve challenges that may affect deadlines or deliverables.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution

Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring that all resources, materials, and processes are aligned for efficient project delivery.

Support the development and improvement of internal project management processes and tools

Identify gaps in current workflows, propose enhancements, and assist in implementing new methodologies or digital tools to increase efficiency and project control.

Profile
​

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.

Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
-
Fluency in Armenian, English and French.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
