

Office Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support the Director at our partner, Berg Construction LLC.

About the Role:
As the Office Manager / Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and providing high-level support to the Director. You will be the go-to person for administrative coordination, communication, and scheduling, while also contributing to the company’s public presence via social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations with efficiency and professionalism

Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records

Coordinate and schedule meetings, consultations, and appointments

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clarity and courtesy

Prepare daily reports and summaries for internal use

Maintain excellent communication with team members and external partners
-
Oversee and update the company’s social media accounts to reflect brand values and activities

Carry out and follow up on tasks and projects as directed by the Director

Required Qualifications:

Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)

Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Proven experience in a similar administrative or office management role

Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
