Job Description:
As a Junior Policy Analyst, you will support the Partnerships and Special Projects Department at ISAA. You will be involved in managing strategic initiatives, conducting policy research and analysis, and contributing to digital society reforms. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work across different sectors and issues in a fast-paced environment.​​

Job Responsibilities​

​Assist in planning and managing special initiatives of the Agency and external clients.

Support the development of project documents, plans, timelines, and budgets.

Track progress against established goals and deliverables.

Help identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles.

Contribute to the preparation of updates and reports on project status.

Conduct policy research, including data collection, literature reviews, and case studies.

Utilize analytical tools to interpret data and derive insights.

Collaborate with policymakers and stakeholders in policy formulation and revisions.

Monitor legislative and regulatory developments.

Assist in drafting policy briefs, position papers, and advocacy materials.

Prepare reports and presentations.
Required Qualifications

​Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, public policy, political science, or a related field.

Experience in digitalization and high-tech fields is a plus.

Understanding of Armenia's policy landscape and government processes.

Familiarity with policy documents and regulation.

Strong writing skills for professional texts and policy papers.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Ability to work independently and in teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.

Fluency in Armenian and excellent English are required. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
