We are currently seeking a Junior Associate to join our Client’s team in Armenia. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in corporate law

and legal due diligence, preferably with prior in-house experience in our focus industries. The position is urgent and will be filled as soon as possible.​​

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Work to perform includes but is not limited to:

• Advising clients on a range of private law matters, including corporate, M&A, commercial, and labor law issues.

• Conducting research and legal analysis across diverse industries such as tech, energy, telecommunication, mining, banking and finance.

• Preparing legal opinions and assisting with legal due diligence for transactions and projects.

• Structuring and providing comprehensive legal support for M&A transactions and infrastructure projects.

• Communicating directly with clients to maintain and strengthen professional relationships.

• Participating in the firm's marketing initiatives and business development activities.

• Dividing time between working at client offices, the firm's offices, and remotely as required by project needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

​

• University degree in Law (an international degree such as LLM or JD is highly

• preferred).

• At least 2 years of professional experience in corporate law, with demonstrated expertise in legal due diligence.

• Knowledge of the tech, energy, telecommunication, mining, or banking industries is a significant advantage.

• Preferably, prior in-house legal experience in the above sectors.

• Strong foundation in civil, corporate, and commercial law.

• High level of professional ethics, integrity, and a sense of ownership.

• Excellent English, Russian, and Armenian language skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and strong computer literacy.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
