JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Establishment of relationships and maintaining strategic partnerships with financial institutions

• Maintenance of financial institutions’ legal files.

• Preparation, organization, and maintenance of legal files related to financial institutions.

• Preparation of reports, references, and statements in response to requests.

• Facilitating professional communication and exchange of financial information with counterparties.

• Meeting Organization:

• Coordination and organizzation of meetings and discussions with financial institution representatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

​

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role.

• Fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian is essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

• High level of accuracy in handling documents and information.

• Good understanding of international standards and local legislation.
