8.18 Consulting is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for its partner in the Investment Banking sector. If you have experience in client onboarding, financial documentation, and customer relations, this could be a great opportunity for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance

  • Collect and process client documentation in coordination with Compliance

  • Prepare and manage service agreements and contracts

  • Open and maintain customer accounts with accurate records in CRM

  • Provide regular post-investment support and follow-up consultations

  • Handle client objections, prevent churn, and promote loyalty

  • Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and Compliance to enhance client satisfaction

  • Support cross-sales and inform clients about new investment products

  • Prepare periodic reports and maintain data integrity across internal systems

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and financial documentation processes

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Open to feedback and proactive in proposing improvements

  • Eagerness to learn about investment products and grow into a Sales position

 

Languages:

 

Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian
