Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance

Collect and process client documentation in coordination with Compliance

Prepare and manage service agreements and contracts

Open and maintain customer accounts with accurate records in CRM

Provide regular post-investment support and follow-up consultations
-
Handle client objections, prevent churn, and promote loyalty

Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and Compliance to enhance client satisfaction

Support cross-sales and inform clients about new investment products

Prepare periodic reports and maintain data integrity across internal systems
Key Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist

Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and financial documentation processes

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Open to feedback and proactive in proposing improvements

Eagerness to learn about investment products and grow into a Sales position
