Customer Service / Back-Office Specialist - Investment Banking 

We are looking for a Customer Service / Back-Office Specialist – Investment Banking (Card Operations) for our partner Cube Invest.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor card transactions.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain client information and records.

  • Generate and manage client files and documentation.

  • Work closely with internal departments, service providers, and partner banks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements​

  • 3–5 years of experience in card back-office operations or accounting.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Proactive mindset with the desire and ability to propose process improvements.

  • Proficiency in Armenian and Russian; English is an advantage.

Employment Terms

  • Official employment in accordance with Armenian labor law.

  • Medical insurance provided after successful completion of the probation period (3 months).

  • Office-based role located in Yerevan, Armenia.
