Our recruitment process is meticulously structured, ensuring each phase is completed efficiently and effectively. Week 1: Understanding Your Hiring Needs We begin by thoroughly understanding your organization and its nature of business, and the specific requirements of the role you're looking to fill. This initial phase lays the foundation for a successful recruitment process. Week 2: Screening and Interviewing Our team thoroughly screens resumes and conducts interviews to identify eligible and qualified candidates. We ensure that only the most suitable candidates progress to the next stage. Week 3: Shortlisting and Arranging Second Stage Interviews Based on our screenings and interviews, we shortlist the most qualified candidates for your review. We then assist in arranging second-stage interviews providing you with a select group of candidates to consider. Week 4: Finalizing and Hiring After final interviews and evaluations, we work with you to finalize the hiring process. Your Investment Option 1 For fixed salary positions, we charge 100% of the monthly net salary of the employee. Option 2 In cases where the employee receives a fixed salary plus bonuses, our agency charges 15% of the employee's annual fixed net salary. Payment Terms To initiate the recruitment process, we require a 20% prepayment within five days of commencement. The remaining balance is due within five days of hiring the candidate, ensuring our services are both accessible and cost-effective. Guarantee Period We stand by the quality of our candidates.
