Nana is a qualified management development trainer, executive coach, and expert in the field of Human Resource Management with extensive experience in HR systems construction and consulting, as well as the creator of a number of copyrighted training sessions.

At present, she is leading 8.18 Consulting supporting business leaders and helping them grow and develop. She has a solid track record in executive and team coaching as well as strategic company development.

Nana is an executive coach (MCC ICF), the president of the ICF Armenia Chapter, the official representative of “Erickson International Coaching College” in Armenia, a certified master trainer (Door International), and a co-founder of corporate “Beeline University Armenia.”
