Senior Sales Specialist for Alexandrea Winery

8.18 Consulting is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist for its partner AlexaAndrea Winery.

Location:  Moskovyan Street (Hybrid - To Be Discussed)

Working Schedule:  6 Days a Week, Full-Time

​

Job Responsibilities

​

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct  educational sessions to promote our wines and increase brand awareness.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, winemakers  teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Promote the wines through tastings, events, and presentations.

  • Educate customers and clients about the unique qualities of the wines.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for  growth.

  • Track and report on sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales min  5 years, customer service, or the wine industry is a plus.

Required Skills

​

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good knowledge of Armenian,  English and Russian.
