Junior Sales Specialist for Alexandrea Winery

8.18 Consulting is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist for its partner AlexaAndrea Winery.

Location:  Moskovyan Street (Remote/Hybrid - To Be Discussed)

Working Schedule:  6 Days a Week, Full-Time

​

Job Responsibilities

​

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Provide information about wine products, pricing, and availability.

  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Visit to potential customer(wholesale clients, including restaurants, bars and B2B customers)

  • Assist in the organization and execution of customer events and tastings.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and market analysis.

  • Assist the sales team with developing and implementing sales strategies.

  • Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales initiatives.

  • Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

  • Coordinate delivery schedules.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the wine industry is a plus.

 

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).​
