8.18 Consulting is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist for its partner AlexaAndrea Winery.

Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week, Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide information about wine products, pricing, and availability.

Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Visit to potential customer(wholesale clients, including restaurants, bars and B2B customers)

Assist in the organization and execution of customer events and tastings.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Conduct research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and market analysis.
-
Assist the sales team with developing and implementing sales strategies.

Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales initiatives.

Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.

Coordinate delivery schedules.
Required Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the wine industry is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).​
